Tyne and Wear Sport have launched their new Coaching Bursary Scheme. The scheme aims to create new or better qualified sports coaches in Tyne and Wear. The bursary scheme will be split into three areas:
Hadrian Leisure Centre played host to the Inaugural North Tyneside Social Badminton Competition on Sunday 1st July.
The competition saw nearly 50 adults competing in Women’s Doubles, Men’s Doubles and Mixed Doubles competitions. Entries came from throughout the area from North Tyneside down to Durham. The event was organised to provide non-club players with the opportunity for fun, social games. (more…)
