At this years Northumberland Badminton presentation evening as well as trophies being presented to all the league team winners 3 very worthy winners of the volunteer awards were announced.

Thankyou to Ian Little and Yehlex for their sponsorship once again of these awards.

Winners were. Mike Waterfield for over 36 years service to Northumberland Badminton Association and work in North Tyneside.

Lesley Gordon for 40+ years service as Treasurer for Elmfield

and Dennis Gray, chairman of the Association for over 32 years service to Tyne and Wear Schools and then Northumberland Badminton Association.

Mike was on holiday and so unavailable to receive the award, but both Lesley and Dennis are photographed with Ian Little
