Northumberland Badminton Association
The Badminton Line Judges Association of England received such an excellent response to its training course at Milton Keynes in July that we are running another one on 18th August 2013 at Wimbledon Racquets and Fitness Club, Cranbrook Road, Wimbledon, SW19 4HD.
At the annual Presentation Evening and Ceilidh organised by Northumberland Badminton Association, and attended by most of the clubs playing in the County’s leagues, the large amount of voluntary work undertaken for their clubs by three volunteers was recognised.
Following the Under 12 awards, there was a special presentation from Northumberland Badminton Association to North Tyneside Council, in recognition of their outstanding support for badminton over very many years.
The most promising girl and boy Under 12 badminton players in Northumberland were honoured recently at a presentation ceremony hosted by North Tyneside Council.

Here are the start times and final information for the Graded Singles tournament, to be held at Benfield on Sunday 21st of April. Some events have been merged together. Please read on for more details.
This year the Northumberland Badminton Presentation Evening will be held on Saturday 18th May, 7.30pm at the Hiding Place, Newcastle Falcons. The format of the evening will be the same as usual ceilidh, bar, presentations, volunteer awards etc
Entries for the final graded tournament of the season are now open. The graded singles event will be held and Benfield on Sunday 21st of April, and will feature B, C, D and E graded events for both male and female players. C and E events will be held in the morning, B and D in the afternoon. Submit your entry here through the tournament software website.
