Back 2 Badminton – Eldon Leisure
Newcastle Badminton Partnership is looking to recruit a self employed Coach to deliver its new Back 2 Badminton programme in partnership with Eldon Leisure.
The Coach will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of the Back 2 Badminton project at Eldon Leisure, which will increase participation for adults. The successful applicant will be responsible for the delivery of the project including planning and delivering a game-related session with some hints and tips and helping to promote the session.
The successful applicant will ideally have experience of coaching adults, within a range of different environments, hold a minimum Level 1 BADMINTON England Coaching Qualification and be a current member of the BADMINTON England coaches register. All applicants will need their own transport.
The project will run for a minimum 8 weeks for one hour per week starting in January 2012. The rate of pay is £10 as the role is of a coach coordinating the session involving mainly game play and some hints and tips. Due to the nature of this project the successful candidate will not be employed but recruited and must be a self employed coach.
